Trevor grew up in Southwest Iowa and after graduating from Creston High School enlisted in the United States Navy.  During his six-year enlistment Trevor served as a psychiatric technician and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Columbia College.  After being honorably discharged, Trevor attended the University of Iowa’s School of Social Work where he completed his Master’s Degree in Social Work in 2013.

Trevor then began providing outpatient therapy services for individuals and families, becoming licensed as an Independent Social Worker with the state of Iowa in 2015.  He has provided outpatient therapy for several different client populations/demographics and received much of his post graduate training in children and adolescent mental health and attachment, receiving specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and Circle of Security Parenting (attachment focused treatment).  Trevor has experience working with clients in the traditional office setting, through telehealth, and visiting with children in various school districts.

Trevor’s basic therapeutic philosophy centers around a non-judgmental, empathetic, “meet people and families where they are” approach, facilitating a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment designed to enhance self-awareness and provoke genuine curiosity through reflection and introspection as clients aim to better understand themselves and how they relate with others.

My name is Hannah Davolt. I was raised just across the river in Henderson County, Illinois and moved to the Burlington area following high school graduation to attend SCC and compete on the softball team. I completed my undergraduate studies at Western Illinois University, and my graduate training was completed at Northwestern College here in Iowa.
I was drawn to the counseling profession during my time at SCC, as I personally experienced the benefits of mental health counseling.
Me, my husband, and our two dogs spend most of our time with friends, family, and their pets. During the summer most of that time is spent on the river!
I am beyond excited to work with the staff here at Young House Behavioral Health to serve a variety of clients and continue to spread the benefits of mental health counseling!
