SUCCESS STORY
Finding Strength and Hope Through Behavioral Health Support
After inpatient treatment, a young woman began counseling at Young House, where she learned Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to manage difficult emotions, set healthy boundaries, and rebuild her sense of self-worth. Paired with medication management from our psychiatric nurse practitioner, her therapy has helped her move from crisis to stability — and she now encourages others to seek care here.
